45 hours Renewal package for Brokers renewing FOR the first time or Salespersons who were licensed on or after 10/1/2007 renewing for the first time:
Package contains the mandatory 3 hours Trust Fund Handling, 3 hours Fair Housing, 3 hours Ethics, 3 hours Agency, 3 hours Risk Management and 30 hours of consumer protection. The 30 hours of consumer protection consists of two courses titled; 15 hour When Residential Agents Sell Investment Real Estate and 15 hour Understanding Cities and the Demand for Real Estate Courses.
15 hours Mandatory statute package for salespersons who were licensed prior to 10/1/2007, and are renewing an original license for the first time:
Package contains the mandatory 3 hours Trust Fund Handling, 3 hours Fair Housing, 3 hours Ethics, 3 hours Agency and 3 hours Risk Management Real Estate Courses for the 1st 4-year renewal.
