Content Review. Review the content in an interactive environment. This is not required by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation therefore you will be provided with an option to skip this step. You will have the opportunity to read the course text while taking the open book final exam.

Exam. The exam consists of 30 multiple choice questions. The pass grade is 80 percent. There are no time restrictions for taking the exam. You may exit the exam as often as you like. All answers will be saved and can be changed anytime up until you initiate the grading of the exam.Each question includes a lookup answer button that opens a new window containing the chapter for study. If you fail the test you may retake it 4 additional times.

Print Completion Certificate. You can print the course completion certificate at any time or you can wait to receive it in the mail.

Your continuing education credits will be transmitted electronically to the DBPR the following day of completion. Please allow 24 hours for their databases to be updated - the information we submit is not reflected instantaneously. You will see these credits posted on their site the day after reporting.
